Role Overview:
We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Tech Expert with advanced technical skills to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, implementing tracking systems, and fully leveraging GHL’s features to enhance sales, develop high-performing funnels, manage communities, and generate actionable reports. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale GHL accounts, a deep understanding of automation, and a passion for driving marketing and sales success through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and manage funnels and landing pages within GHL to support business goals.
* Oversee and optimize large GHL accounts with 15+ active funnels for smooth performance.
* Develop and refine advanced workflow automations, integrating Zapier and other essential tools.
* Diagnose and resolve
* Build and enhance membership areas, including course setup and improving user experience.
* Set up and manage community platforms within GHL to encourage engagement and interaction.
* Improve sales conversation tracking in GHL, including client-side (pages) and server-side (workflows) conversion tracking.
* Generate detailed reports analyzing conversion rates, landing page performance, and campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure the sales team operates efficiently within GHL opportunities and appointments.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize workflows, tracking, and overall system performance.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for sales, marketing, and community management.
* Expertise in designing and executing automations, funnels, and landing pages.
* Strong experience in tracking and reporting sales conversations and marketing performance.
* Skilled in managing membership and community platforms with a user-first approach.
* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Advanced analytical skills to extract insights from marketing and sales data.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
* Access to a GHL account to complete the Specialist Skill Test.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with integrating additional tools to enhance GHL functionality.
* Advanced understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
