GoHighLevel (HighLevel) Marketing Support Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

We are a fully-scaled and operational HighLevel (GHL) SAAS agency looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team at 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance. This role focuses on lead generation, email sequence management, CRM maintenance, and customer service. We’re also seeking someone experienced with Notion, OpenAI, and platform integrations. Bonus points if you have experience with Zapier and are passionate about health & wellness, as many of our clients operate in this niche.

Key Responsibilities
-GoHighLevel (GHL) Lead Generation & Email Sequences (Funnels, Websites, Funnels, Forms, Surveys, Custom Values, Pipelines, Workflows, Webhooks, Integrations, Calendars + Light Marketing Strategy)
-Set up and manage Lead Generation Funnels in GHL to attract new clients, particularly in the health & wellness space.
-Create and optimize email marketing sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
-Maintain and update GHL CRM systems to ensure accurate and organized client data for seamless communication.

CRM Management & Integrations
-Manage and maintain CRM data in GHL, keeping all client information updated.
-Use Zapier and other tools to integrate third-party platforms, automating processes and improving workflow efficiency.
Troubleshoot and optimize CRM integrations to ensure all systems are running smoothly.

Notion & OpenAI Integration
-Utilize Notion to organize projects, create workflows, and manage tasks efficiently.
-Leverage OpenAI tools to automate customer service interactions, generate content, and optimize workflows.

Customer Service & Client Support
-Handle inquiries from clients and provide excellent customer support via email and chat.
Assist with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
-Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues.

Project & Task Coordination
- Assist in managing and coordinating consulting projects, ensuring tasks stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
-Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead generation, funnel creation, and email automation.
-Graphic Design Skills (specifically canva used for funnel building + email marketing)
-Experience managing CRM systems, especially within GHL.
-Familiarity with platform integrations and automation tools, with bonus points for Zapier experience.
-Proficiency in Notion for project and task management.
-Knowledge of OpenAI tools for content generation and automation.
-Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on timely and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications
-Interest or experience in the health & wellness industry.
-Ability to integrate multiple platforms and automate processes for efficiency.
-Eye for design, and passion for creativity
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
