We work with a range of tools, including GoHighLevel (GHL) and WordPress, to build high-converting websites, streamline CRM processes, and automate marketing workflows. We are looking for a skilled and passionate GHL Specialist focused on workflows and automation, with a strong WordPress background, to join our team.1
Position Overview:
The GHL Specialist will be responsible for setting up, customizing, and optimizing workflows and automation within GoHighLevel for our clients. This role requires utilizing automation tools like Zapier to enhance marketing and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, solution-oriented, and driven to create high-impact marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- GHL Workflow Management: Design, set up, and optimize workflows and automation sequences within GoHighLevel to improve client engagement and conversion rates.
- Integration with WordPress: Integrate GoHighLevel with WordPress sites, ensuring seamless functionality, including embedding forms, calendars, and other GHL elements.
- Utilization of Automation Tools: Leverage tools like Zapier to connect GHL with other applications, creating a streamlined and efficient workflow for marketing and operational processes.
- Campaign Setup: Create and manage
- Data Management: Organize and maintain CRM data, implementing lead scoring, tagging, and segmentation to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on workflow and campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing for better results.
- Client Support: Work with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on maximizing GHL, WordPress, and automation tools.
Requirements:
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL): Proven experience in using GHL for workflow automation, campaign setup, and lead management.
- Automation Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with using automation tools like Zapier to connect various applications and enhance workflows.
- Marketing Automation Knowledge: Experience designing

- Analytical Skills: Ability to measure and report on campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize for better results.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle technical issues related to GHL and WordPress integrations.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, able to work with clients and tea
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom coding solutions.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and plugins such as Zapier.
- Experience with SEO and web performance optimization.
