GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist – Part-Time (Remote)

We’re hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to systemize our sales, lead gen, and client onboarding. You’ll work closely with Joy (Web Developer & Sales Trainer) to implement a proven workflow that automates lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion.

This is a part-time role with room to grow based on performance.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be a key part of a tight-knit, high-performance team:

- Joy (Web Developer & Sales Trainer) – Your primary collaborator, guiding you through our existing workflow & sales automation strategy.
- Aaron (Founder & Sales Lead) – You’ll ensure automation directly supports the sales process & conversions.
- Deeya (Admin & Ops Manager) – You’ll train Deeya to manage workflows long-term.
- Mary (Marketing & Content Specialist) – You’ll align email sequences with lead gen campaigns.
- 2x Sales VAs – You’ll automate follow-ups & lead tracking to improve efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Automate Sales & Lead Gen with GHL
- Build email & SMS automation sequences for nurturing & follow-ups.
- Optimize GHL CRM workflows for lead tracking & pipeline management.
- Integrate lead forms, calendars, and funnels into the sales system.

Cold Email & Outreach Automation
- Set up automated cold email campaigns for outreach & retargeting.
- Create follow-up sequences that improve response rates & conversions.
- Optimize email deliverability & tracking for better performance.

Website & Funnel Integration
- Work with Joy to integrate GHL with landing pages, lead forms, and booking calendars.
- Automate client onboarding & sales processes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure seamless Zapier/API integrations where needed.

Training & Team Support
- Train Deeya & Sales VAs on using GHL effectively.
- Document workflows & automations for a smooth handover.
- Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – You know the system inside out.
- Strong knowledge of automation, workflows & pipeline management.
- Experience with email & SMS marketing automation.
- Basic API integration & Zapier knowledge (preferred).
- Tech-savvy, problem-solving mindset – You love optimizing & troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication & training skills – You’ll be teaching our team.

Salary & Hours
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- $300/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Potential for more hours & bonuses based on sales impact
