If you’re skilled in building and optimizing sales funnels, automating marketing processes, and managing CRM systems, we’d love to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into data, creating seamless customer journeys, and driving conversion results through automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a GHL Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, ensuring that our sales, marketing, and CRM processes are highly efficient and automated. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Funnel Strategy & Optimization: Build, manage, and optimize custom sales funnels. Use performance data to refine funnel designs and increase conversion rates. Implement automated follow-up sequences to nurture leads.
- CRM Management: Set up customized CRM pipelines that align with business needs, using tagging and segmentation strategies to organize customer data. Automate client communication based on lead actions and statuses.
- Marketing Automation: Create multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Reputation & Review Management: Automate review requests across multiple platforms, monitor online reviews, and respond to feedback to strengthen brand presence.
- Landing Page & Website Automation: Design and optimize landing pages within GHL, ensuring seamless integration with sales funnels and A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Implement chat and website automation to engage visitors and track leads.
- SMS & Call Tracking: Automate and manage SMS campaigns, including call tracking systems to monitor lead sources and conversions. Use data to refine communication strategies.
- Lead Scoring & Segmentation: Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize high-quality leads, and develop targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.
- Calendar & Appointment Automation: Set up automated booking systems for leads, integrating reminders and follow-ups to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have
- Proven Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL): Expertise in building sales funnels, automating CRM workflows, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to refine strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills in Marketing Automation: Strong understanding of
- Strong Communication & Organization: Able to manage multiple projects, set up automated processes, and provide clear reporting to leadership teams.
- Experience in Reputation Management: Familiarity with automating review requests and managing online brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to A/B test, optimize funnels, and create dynamic content based on lead behaviors.
