REQUIREMENTS:
*MUST BE a GoHighLevel certified admin*
Fluent English
Experience/knowledge working with marketing tasks such as websites, landing pages,
Knowledge of CRM and project management software (such as Clickup, Asana or Trello)
A proactive "I can solve it" attitude
Teamwork attitude
Organization skills
Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses
Minimum two years in related role is preferred
BONUS KNOWLEDGE:
Social media and design experience
AI experience
Database builds / KPI dashboards
API integration
THE ROLE:
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Customer onboarding in Gohighlevel and other GHL tasks
Project tracking (task deadlines/tasks)
Join Zoom calls for regular check-in’s to ensure tasks are being completed and helping collaborate with the client and other tea
Identify and suggest operations improvement opportunities
Assist operations team with tracking of performance metrics and team goals
Update or create new SOP’s/processes to improve operations
