Company Overview:
We are a dynamic property management and real estate investment company seeking an experienced and dedicated GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Specialist to help us manage investor relations, broker communications, and staff recruiting. Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel CRM Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing, automation workflows, and client relationship management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication across our key business areas: investor management, multifamily broker communications, and talent recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Management & Nurturing:
• Set up and manage investor pipelines with stages like “New Lead,” “Interested,” and “Active Investor.”
• Build and execute nurture campaigns, including automated email/SMS sequences to keep investors engaged.
• Develop monthly and quarterly investment update emails, reports, and market insights for investor relations.
• Multifamily Broker Communications (Deal Flow):
• Organize a pipeline for broker communications, including “New Broker,” “New Deal,” “In Negotiation,” and “Deal Closed.”
• Set up automated sequences to engage brokers, share deal criteria, and manage follow-ups.
• Track and report on deal flow, broker interactions, and potential opportunities.
• Staff Recruiting & Marketing:
• Create and maintain a recruiting pipeline with stages such as “New Applicant,” “Interview Scheduled,” and “Hired.”
• Develop applicant nurturing sequences to maintain engagement with high-potential candidates.
• Automate application acknowledgments, interview reminders, and onboarding sequences for new hires.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, workflow automation, and CRM management.
• Background in real estate, property management, or recruiting is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, email/SMS campaigns, and data segmentation.
• Ability to analyze CRM data and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
• Communication & Team Collaboration:
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote team members.
• Availability:
• Full-time commitment, ideally with some overlap with US business hours for team coordination.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $500 - $1,200 USD per month, based on experience and skill level.
