We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Go High Level (GHL) to assist us during a critical transition period as we incorporate GHL into our operations. This is an initially temporary position for a few months, with the potential to grow into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
The ideal candidate will not only manage tasks like website creation, workflow automation, funnel building, and lead automation, but will also train our team on GHL best practices and assist with migrating dozens of websites from another platform.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Migration and Creation:
- Migrate existing websites to GHL and ensure a seamless transition.
- Build and optimize responsive websites and landing pages within GHL.
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure user-friendly design.
2. Team Training:
- Provide hands-on training for our team to use GHL efficiently.
- Develop guides or resources for ongoing reference.
3. Workflow Automation:
- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows for lead generation, nurturing, and sales follow-ups.
- Streamline business processes for maximum efficiency and ROI.
4. Funnel Building:
- Create high-converting sales and marketing funnels tailored to our needs.

- Automate lead onboarding, nurturing, and follow-up campaigns.
- Monitor workflows to ensure high engagement and effectiveness.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

7. Ongoing Support During Transition:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during migration and onboarding.

- Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL), including website creation, workflows, and automation.
- Experience migrating websites from other platforms to GHL.
- Strong understanding of GHL features: websites, funnels, CRM, and automation.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills to train tea
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Project management skills to handle multiple websites and workflows simultaneously.
