Go High Level Integrator

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Go High Level Integrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in setting up and integrating Go High Level accounts for local businesses, ensuring seamless functionality with third-party platforms, and delivering outstanding client support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Go High Level Setup and Integration:
• Configure and optimize Go High Level accounts for local businesses.
• Customize workflows, pipelines, and automations to align with client needs.
Zapier Integrations:
• Design and implement seamless Zapier workflows to connect Go High Level with other business tools and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
Facebook and Meta Ads Integration:
• Integrate and sync Facebook/Meta Ads accounts with Go High Level to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
• Assist clients with ad-related integrations and ensure optimal performance.
Discord Server Setup and Automation:
• Build and configure Discord servers tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement automation workflows within Discord, ensuring smooth operations.
Client Engagement:
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and goals.
• Deliver walkthrough sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use Go High Level and integrated tools.
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure client satisfaction.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration or software issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes for better client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience with Go High Level platform setup and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Zapier, Facebook/Meta Ads, and Discord automation.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve integration challenges efficiently.
• Client-Facing Experience:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
professionally.
• Confidence in conducting client training and walkthrough sessions.

• 100% remote work
• Time zone EST
• 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
