Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with expertise in GoHighLevel to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and manage a team of virtual assistants across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, telemarketing, social media, and software development. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, implement effective marketing strategies, and ensure smooth coordination between teams to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in GoHighLevel, have experience in sales and telemarketing, and be able to lead and manage teams effectively while executing their own sales and marketing duties. Strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and fluency in American English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Telemarketing Management:
Oversee the sales team to ensure goals are met and sales processes are optimized for maximum performance.
Implement and monitor telemarketing campaigns, tracking performance and improving conversion rates.
Use GoHighLevel to automate and manage sales pipelines, lead nurturing, and client communications.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring excellent customer service.
Marketing & Social Media Oversight:
Develop and execute marketing strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.
Manage social media campaigns to ensure consistent branding, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Utilize GoHighLevel’s marketing automation tools to create and optimize
Collaborate with the software development team to ensure the integration of marketing tools and CRM systems.
Team Management & Leadership:
Manage and support the sales, marketing, telemarketing, and social media teams, providing direction, feedback, and coaching.
Assign and delegate tasks across teams, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular tea
Train and mentor other virtual assistants to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
Collaboration with Software Development Team:
Work closely with the software development team to ensure marketing strategies are supported by the appropriate tools, CRM systems, and website updates.
Assist in the integration and customization of GoHighLevel with the company’s technology stack.
Provide feedback and insights based on marketing performance and sales results.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Expertise in using GoHighLevel for sales, marketing, and CRM automation.
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, and team management.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing virtual teams.
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and
Fluency in American English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of comfort with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience in managing a remote team across multiple disciplines (sales, marketing, telemarketing).
Strong understanding of sales funnel management and customer journey optimization.
Experience with CRM systems and other sales/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with data analytics and performance tracking tools.
