About Us
Drinks On Me LLC is a professional bar catering, liquor retail, and events company based in Chicago, IL (US). We are expanding our operations and implementing Go High Level (GHL) to manage our sales, marketing, and operations efficiently. Our goal is to develop a GHL Agency that provides sub-accounts to businesses, helping them grow with custom-built automations and snapshots.

We are looking for an experienced GHL Virtual Assistant (VA) who can help manage our CRM, create automations, and optimize workflows across multiple sub-accounts.

Position Overview
The GHL Expert VA will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing Go High Level CRM and automation workflows for Drinks On Me LLC’s three divisions:

Drinks On Me Chicago (DOMC) – Bar catering.
Drinks On Me Liquor (DOML) – Liquor online retail sales (Shopify/GHL).
Drinks On Me Events & Marketing – Event curation & brand collaborations.
This role requires strong expertise in Go High Level (GHL), marketing automation, CRM management, and sales funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. GHL CRM & Automation Setup
Create and manage sub-accounts within our GHL Agency account.
Build, test, and refine marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, lead nurture sequences).
Set up and optimize sales pipelines, CRM dashboards, and client management workflows.
Integrate payment processing, scheduling, and forms into GHL.
2. Sales & Marketing Funnels
Design and implement high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
Optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, follow-ups, abandoned cart sequences).
Manage text message automation for customer communication and order confirmations.
3. Customer & Lead Management
Set up and maintain lead tracking and follow-up automations.
Organize CRM data, ensuring all leads, customers, and orders are properly segmented.
Assist in developing customer engagement strategies to boost retention and sales.
4. Reporting & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and conversion rates.
Provide weekly reports on lead generation, sales, and automation effectiveness.
Continuously optimize funnels, workflows, and customer journeys for better results.
5. System Integrations & Tech Support
Integrate Shopify, Toast, Zapier, and other third-party tools with GHL.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide GHL-related support to the team.
Required Qualifications
? Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) – At least 1-2 years.
? Strong understanding of CRM automation, marketing workflows, and sales funnels.
? Experience in email & SMS automation, landing pages, and lead generation.
? Familiarity with Zapier, Shopify, Square, Stripe, or other integrations.
? Strong organizational skills & ability to work independently.
? Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
? Ability to analyze data & optimize marketing strategies.
? Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and retargeting (a plus, but not required).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
???? Experience working with hospitality, catering, or liquor-related businesses.
???? Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for landing pages & ads.
???? Knowledge of A/B testing & conversion rate optimization.
???? Experience with eCommerce and online store integrations.
