Go High-Level (GHL) expert looking for a dynamic role with growth potential?
I’m looking for a skilled, responsive and proactive person to join my team as a GHL Expert and Admin Assistant. This role starts at part-time (4 hours/day) with the potential to grow into a full-time position in the next 60-90 days.
You’ll be working directly with me -Coach JT and The 1% Life, a coaching and wellness business that is scaling rapidly. I need someone who is super-responsive, that can hit the ground running, understands the inner workings of GHL, and has the ability to adapt quickly to my systems without heavy training.

Responsibilities:
Go High-Level Expertise (MUST)
• Update existing funnels/landing pages inside GHL with new testimonials, text, and specials.
• Build and or manage existing program automations, including contract generation, email automations and invoicing.
• Manage existing pipelines and create new ones to optimize workflows.
Administrative Assistance
• Monitor calls/emails, forward messages, reschedule appointments
• Collect and organize testimonials by emailing or calling clients.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing and Advertising
• Basic use of Canva to design notices, announcements and modify current designs
• Duplicate and create new testimonials from templates

Requirements:
• Must Be Responsive: I need to be able to reach you, communicate and get things done quickly. Last minute appointment changes, notices, GHL bug fixes, etc.
• Proficiency in Go High-Level (GHL): You must know the platform inside and out, with the ability to step into my system, understand it, and make improvements/adjustments.
• Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English for client communication and admin tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness are crucial for updating funnels, managing automations, and automations.
• Positive and Proactive Attitude: Be responsive, optimistic, and a problem-solver.
• Ability to Learn Quickly: Be willing to learn about my business and adapt to how I run things.
• Organized and Reliable: Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Position Details:
• Starting Hours: Part-time (4 hours/day)
• Growth Potential: Opportunity to become full-time within 60-90 days based on performance.
• Work Environment: Remote, with flexible working hours. (I am based in Panama City Beach Florida, Central Standard Time)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
