Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expert-level proficiency in Go High Level to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, be highly punctual, and have prior experience working full-time during USA business hours.

Key Requirements:

Expert-Level Proficiency in Go High Level (minimum 2-3 years of experience).

Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and spoken).

Ability to work full-time during USA business hours (specific schedule to be discussed).

Must have a WISE account for payment processing.

Must complete the provided application link to be considered.

Responsibilities:

Managing and optimizing Go High Level workflows, campaigns, and automations.

Assisting with AI technology setups for booking bots.

Providing customer support and responding to client inquiries.

Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics.

Performing additional administrative tasks as required.

Attending regular team meetings and training sessions.

Handling onboardings of new clients (training provided).

Helping clients via Zoom whenever necessary.

Following up with potential clients that did not show up for their meetings.

About You:

Highly punctual and reliable.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Proactive attitude and ability to multitask.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $900 USD per month.

All training will be provided for the right candidate.
