Go High Level / E-Mail Marketing BAD ASS!

We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel expert who can set up funnels and automations to better convert leads and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with GoHighLevel and a strong background in setting up email automations and writing high-converting emails. Additionally, this role will involve leading and managing our team of cold callers, training them on GoHighLevel, and ensuring they maximize our leads effectively. The ideal candidate will also cold call and "get their hands dirty" with our team and always be ready to trouble shoot any issues.

Responsibilities

Set up and optimize funnels and automations in GoHighLevel to improve lead conversion and sales.

Manage and refine email automation sequences to nurture leads and increase engagement.

Write and test high-converting email copy to improve open and response rates.

Lead and train the cold calling team on using GoHighLevel efficiently.

Track and analyze lead conversion rates, making data-driven improvements to workflows.

Ensure the cold calling team is maximizing lead potential through CRM updates and follow-ups.

Optimize SMS marketing campaigns for improved engagement and retention.

Provide weekly reports on funnel performance and lead conversion data.

Qualifications

At least one year of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including funnel and automation setup.

Proven experience in email marketing and automation, with a strong understanding of high-converting email strategies.

Experience leading, training, or managing a sales or cold calling team is preferred.

Strong ability to analyze and optimize sales funnels for improved conversions.

Tech-savvy and highly organized, with the ability to troubleshoot CRM workflows.

Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
