JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building websites using GHL, as well as setting up and optimizing automation workflows to support our business processes. This role is essential in helping streamline our operations, improve lead management, and enhance customer engagement through tailored GHL solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:
Design, develop, and optimize websites within Go High Level, ensuring a user-friendly interface and alignment with brand guidelines.
Implement effective landing pages, funnels, and forms to capture and manage leads efficiently.
Maintain and update the website as needed, ensuring functionality and responsiveness.
Automations & Workflow Management:
Create, implement, and manage automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and other business needs.
Optimize CRM pipelines, campaigns, and triggers to maximize efficiency and improve customer experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation and workflow systems.
Integration & Reporting:
Integrate GHL with other tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, calendars, payment systems) as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track the success of websites and automations.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on analytics and feedback.
Support & Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of GHL tools with company objectives.
Provide training and support to team members on using GHL tools effectively.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) in website creation and automation setup.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation workflows, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in web design principles, including responsive design, user experience, and SEO optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Stripe, or other integration platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
Experience in a sales or service-oriented industry is a plus.
