Go High Level Assistant

Project Overview:
We need an experienced Go High Level (GHL) automation specialist to build a multi-path workflow triggered by a survey submission with conditional logic.

Speed is king on this!! We would like this workflow up and running immediatelh .

Project Requirements:

Survey Setup with Conditional Logic:

Build a survey within GHL that uses conditional logic to segment respondents into two groups: Qualified and Unqualified.
Workflow for Unqualified Leads:

Redirect: Automatically send unqualified respondents to a thank-you page.
Free Resource Delivery: Set up an auto-delivery process to email them a free resource.
Pipeline Integration: Add these contacts to our email list and assign them to our “Unqualified Leads” pipeline.
Auto Text: Configure an automated text message to notify them that the resource has been sent.
Workflow for Qualified Leads:

Redirect: Automatically direct qualified respondents to a “Book a Call” page.
Auto Text: Send an automated text informing them that their booking is being prepared.
Pipeline Integration: Add these contacts to our “Qualified Leads” pipeline.
Slack Notification: Trigger a Slack message to our sales team so they can follow up promptly.

Key Deliverables:

Fully functional GHL workflow that integrates the survey, conditional logic, pipeline updates, automated emails, auto texts, and Slack notifications.
Detailed documentation of the workflow setup and field mappings for future reference and maintenance.
Testing and validation to ensure that each path (qualified vs. unqualified) works as intended.

This project is the first start in what we hope will become a rolling project basis, as we need help. Our only other ask is that you help us learn the workflow so we can make adjustments if necessary.
