Hi there! We're a coaching business that specialises in helping gym owners and online personal trainers streamline their operations and grow their businesses. To keep things running smoothly, we need a proactive HighLevel Administrator to join our team!
As of now, there are a few daily and weekly tasks we need help with.
Daily tasks such as setting up accounts for new clients, troubleshooting issues they encounter, and managing notifications to ensure timely responses. Weekly tasks include creating and updating S.O.P.s, addressing snagging points in client workflows, and monitoring progress on client feedback to improve their experience.
Ultimately, these are tasks that Tom, our operations lead, is currently handling. While they're not overly complex, they take time away from his core role of coaching and strategy.
You’ll also be proactive in suggesting how to use GHL more effectively such as automation improvements, process streamlining and reducing friction for the user.
