Position: Virtual Assistant – Go High Level Account Manager & Customer Service
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
We are a growing Poop Scoop Business focused on providing reliable and professional waste removal services for pet owners. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our Go High Level account and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Go High Level account to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients through email & chat.
- Set up and maintain automated workflows, pipelines, and follow-up sequences within Go High Level.
- Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Track and report on customer interactions and ensure all customer information is accurately logged in the system.
- Assist with scheduling and reminders for clients regarding appointments and services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Go High Level software, including managing workflows, pipelines, and automations.
- Strong background in customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week.
- Availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours is required
