Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional to drive global ticket sales and partnerships for a major faith-based film campaign. This position starts with a high-impact faith-based film, with potential to expand into other projects. Success in this position is entirely focused on selling film screening tickets to groups and individuals as quickly as possible. You have two weeks to prove your ability to convert interest into ticket sales. Every action taken should be centered around achieving this goal, you will have access to marketing tools and suggested outreach strategies, but you will need to bring their own ideas, fueled by experience, to effectively drive ticket sales.

Compensation:

Commission tiers are: 5% for under 25 screenings / month, 5.5% for 25-50, 6% for 50-100, 6.5% for for over 100.

Low Estimate (Entry-Level Performance): Estimated monthly earnings: $1,605 USD, combining base salary ($480 USD) and commission from selling 20 screenings per month at 5% commission from selling tickets (75% of 75 people paying $20 per ticket).

Medium Estimate (Proven Performance): Estimated monthly earnings: $6,960 USD, combining base salary ($480 USD) and commission from converting 60 screenings per month at 6% commission from converting tickets (75% of 120 people paying $20 per ticket).

High Estimate (Top Performance): Estimated monthly earnings: $18,030 USD, combining base salary ($480 USD) and commission from tipping 100 screenings per month at 6.5% commission from converting tickets (75% of 180 people paying $20 per ticket).

Two-week probation period to assess your ability to convert sales effectively. During this time, you will need to demonstrate your outreach, engagement, and conversion skills. Success in generating ticket sales will determine your transition into the full role.

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this role is generating film screening ticket sales to individuals and groups before the deadline. That is the primary goal of this role. All other points below are simply suggestions on how to reach this goal. This is a results-driven position where high performance is highly rewarded, with the potential to scale.

Strategic Sales Execution

Develop and implement cost-effective, data-driven sales strategies to drive ticket sales at scale.

Identify and engage key faith-based groups, influencers, and partners to expand outreach.

Execute both warm and cold outreach campaigns via email, SMS, and direct messaging to maximize conversions.

Automation & CRM Mastery

Utilize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and CRM tools to streamline outreach and audience engagement.

Continuously optimize campaign performance based on real-time analytics and audience response.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.

Adjust strategies dynamically to maximize ROI while keeping customer acquisition costs low.

Collaborative Innovation

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales messaging and outreach efforts.

Share insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance overall campaign efficiency.

Proven Sales & Outreach Expertise

We are looking for a clear plan on how you will achieve rapid ticket sales and secure group bookings. You need the confidence and experience to deliver results and scale efficiently.

Proven ability to rapidly generate ticket sales and secure group bookings through results-driven strategies and direct outreach.

Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and deliver measurable results.

Technical Mastery

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or similar automation platforms) is required.

Experience with Meta Ad Manager is a bonus but not essential.

Effective Communication & Persuasion

Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to build strong relationships through outreach.

Confidence in presenting ideas and negotiating partnerships to drive ticket sales.

Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset

Strong ability to assess campaign performance and make informed adjustments to optimize results.

Experience in tracking and improving ROI across multiple marketing channels.
