Your responsibilities:

Talk to customers and make small talk
Ask them questions about their experience
Built a personal connection with them (this helps smooth things over, believe me)
Try to upsell them once they've calmed down
$75/wk for the first 4 weeks, then hourly + bonuses
Strong familiarity with American English
7 days a week required

So honestly, this is a super easy job for the right people. You have to LOVE talking to people, like really love it. It has to be something that you genuinely enjoy.
