JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Zoho Management VA to play a key role in managing our inventory and driving digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for optimizing Zoho to support our sales and operational goals while enhancing our online presence through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Administer and optimize Zoho CRM, managing sales, inventory, and reporting functions to maximize system potential.
-Analyze CRM data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
-Oversee inventory tracking and management within Zoho CRM.
-Implement best practices for accurate stock levels and reporting.
-Coordinate with departments to align inventory management with sales and marketing goals.
-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media to grow online presence.


Qualifications:

-Proven experience with Zoho as a CRM.
-Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
-Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce) for e-commerce management.
-Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media management.
-Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
