JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled General Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with various duties such as real estate photo editing, virtual staging, client communication, and social media management. This is a night shift role, and candidates should have no other work or commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate photography (flambient/HDR)
• Create virtual staging for properties
• Manage email and text blasts to customers
• Send invoices and follow up with clients
• Draft and send weekly newsletters
• Post daily on social media platforms
• Respond promptly to customer emails
• Schedule property shoots
• Create and edit videos and reels for social media

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in real estate-related tasks
• Familiarity with photo and video editing
• Strong communication skills for client follow-ups
• Experience in social media management and email campaigns
• Able to work the night shift with no other work commitments
• Must submit a resume and portfolio
