JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an organized and creative individual with a passion for social media and excellent customer service skills? We’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Design visually appealing graphics that align with branding guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining consistent branding strategies.
- Provide administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
- Offer professional customer service support when needed.
- (Optional) Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, if experienced.

Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and color theory.
- Prior experience in customer service (CSR) and executive assistance (EA).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
