Job Description:
We are looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. Your role will be crucial in managing client onboarding, handling CRM tasks, tracking campaign performance, and keeping our internal processes organized. If you are detail-oriented, hardworking, and proactive, this is a long-term opportunity with plenty of room for advancement!
Responsibilities:
-Send welcome and onboarding
-Set up Go High Level sub-accounts (offer setup, messaging, calendar, A2P, integrations).
-Ensure onboarding forms are completed and calls are scheduled promptly.
-Maintain and update Client and Master SOPs with process changes.
-Track and log client results in reporting tools (sync with
-Set up ad campaigns after access is granted, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
-Send weekly performance reports to clients and daily updates to the team.
-Handle client check-in texts and respond to inquiries or complaints professionally.
-Keep all CRM and task management tools updated with accurate client data.
Skills Required:
-Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
-Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools (Go High Level), and data entry.
-Ability to troubleshoot minor tech issues related to account setup.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
-Technical Requirements:
-Reliable laptop/computer (Windows or Mac).
-Fast and stable internet connection.
Expect a long-term role with plenty of room for growth. Approx. 4 hours per day to start, but this can increase with good performance!
