POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Generation, Reporting, and Administrative Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our e-commerce operations through lead generation, report management, and key administrative tasks. This position involves handling operations across social media channels and marketplace platforms ensuring timely and accurate updates to various reports, and streamlining communication across teams.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, reporting, or virtual assistance, especially in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. However, newbies with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various teams and clients.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, with a solid understanding of their tools and systems.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (Upgrade to see actual info), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace (advanced -spreadsheet skills are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of efficiently handling a variety of tasks while maintaining quality.
- Analytical skills to create, manage, and interpret reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Experience with influencer/collaborator recruitment and campaign management is a plus.
- Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and processes, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- A proactive self-starter with problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail in managing data, completing deliverables, and meeting quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Joinbrands & Lead Generation Tasks
- Curating creator collaborator list daily.
- Approve content submissions and coordinate collaborators` collaboration scripts.
- Track and reconcile orders to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and maintain a daily list of collaborations.
- Send collaboration invitations and update related dashboards.
- Monitor and update the status of ongoing collaborations and campaign performance.

Reports, Record Keeping & Performance Tracking
- Keyword tracking reports (weekly).
- Daily Inventory Report.
- Account Health Monitoring (daily).
- Downloading and organizing Joinbrands & TikTok content
- Monthly & Weekly PPC, CVR, and Business Performance Reports, including data extraction & dashboard updating.
- Reviews Backup, and Change Tracker Reports.
- Recording of supply chain-related documents.

Administrative & Operations Support
- Workstream Management:
- Managing Upgrade to see actual info boards for tasking and updates.
- Email management and Slack channel responsiveness.
- Weekly deliverable tracking and accomplishment reports.
- Meeting Preparation and Attendance
- ADHOCs and other tasks to support day-to-day Operations

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION, & BENEFITS
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) with varying hours:
- Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 32-37 hrs
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 6- 7hrs mins total
- Salary: $600 - $700/month (DOE)
