Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls and
Assist with document preparation, including drafting
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks as needed.
Assist with project management and coordination of tasks.
Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling mail.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General VA or Executive VA, or in a related administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment is a plus.
