Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling / Prospecting:
Reach out to potential clients via phone,
Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services/products.
Scheduling Appointments:
Set up appointments that align with both the company’s availability and the client’s preferences.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments or reschedule as needed.
Send reminders to clients about upcoming meetings or calls.
Database Management:
Maintain an organized database of leads, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
Update client information and track progress in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
Communication:
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth appointment-setting processes.
Handle objections and provide relevant information to encourage client participation in meetings.
Reporting:
Track and report on appointments scheduled, conversions, and other performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a neutral or American accent.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedule appointments efficiently.
Sales Experience: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and appointments.
Persistence and Motivation: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to secure appointments.
