We are looking for a highly organized and proactive General Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
What You’ll Do
- Manage
-.Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar management.
- Handle data entry, document organization, and file management.
- Perform internet research and compile relevant information.
- Assist with customer service and client communications.
- Create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain and update databases and CRM tools.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with scheduling tools, CRM software, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
