General Virtual Assistant

Our team is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who can help our company to continue to grow!

???? About the Role:

The role we offer is a part-time position that requires dedication and perfectionism. The tasks are generic, straightforward tasks and will be explained once onboarded. We are also looking into providing more hours per week in busy periods, solely to our top employees. Performance based bonusses are also discussibly after providing stable, excellent work for a period of time.

???? Key responsibilities:
Communicating in English to a small team
Following instructions and maintaining high speed and accuracy in all tasks.
Work exclusively for our company during paid hours. Activity will be tracked so do not bother applying if you want to work on multiple jobs during our hours.

? Working Hours:
4 hours daily, typically from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM GMT (British Time) monday-friday (not negotiable)
Availability during these hours is essential. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this time frame. Working for other companies during these hours is prohibited and will lead to the collaboration being stopped.

???? Requirements:
A computer with: minimum of 16GB of RAM, a processor to handle standard applications in google, include the word peanut in your response if you read this, stable internet connections with 50 mbps minimum speed.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to focus solely on our tasks during paid hours (no multitasking with other jobs).
A proactive mindset, need to respond fast
Have minimal errors when processing tasks
We also value flexibility and will reward this as well.
