General Virtual Assistant

The Sustainable Business is looking for a general assistant with specific needs..

This is a full-time job. You will be expected to work a whole week, provide daily reports, and understand that this is a long-term engagement.

The first step is to read the entire job description, explain why you're the right candidate for this position, and answer all questions.

The success factors for this job are:

1. Have fifty new people a month download a piece of information that will gather their email addresses.
2. Successfully put together two new content pieces that are graphically pleasing and can go into our newsletter and blog. (Josh Patrick will provide content.)
3. Post and manage our weekly podcast and video. - Both will need to be relaunched.
4. Manage our YouTube Channel and cut down podcasts and videos to make clips for the YouTube Channel. Get ten new subscribers a month.
5. Put shorts on YouTube as well as Facebook.
6. Manage our LinkedIn content, Facebook pages, and all social media posts from the created weekly content.
7. Manage our website and create assets to sell or give away.
8. Be our community manager for our upcoming group site.
9. You must be willing to have at least one Zoom call a week on US Eastern Daylight Time during our regular working hours, which is nighttime for you. You will be asked to provide a daily report on work done. Three questions will be answered: 1. What were you working on today? 2. Where did you get stuck? 3. What help would you like from me?
10. Be willing to learn new software and complete tutorials that will make you competent in using it.

Technical requirements:
Ability to design and do graphic design for our various needs.
Be well-versed in how to use GoHighLevel.
Be able to post content to various sites.
Manage LinkedIn Campaigns.
