This is a role like no other. You get to:
- Work remotely from the comfort of your home or favourite location.
- Be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business including, calendar management, project management, invoicing and client management.
- Manage and support the business owner with all marketing activities, including podcasting, video editing,
- Manage systems and help optimise operations to support the company's continued growth and success.

The Details
Job Location: Remote, work from home.
Time Zone: Europe/Africa
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week with 30 minute unpaid dinner break
Salary: 40,000 PHP per month + Bonuses & Paid Leave
Hours (in Philippine Time): 2pm - 10:30 pm PHT
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Content Creation
- Update & maintain content database.
- Creating a social media schedule and publishing social media posts and reels (some graphic
creation and light copywriting).
- Light engagement with social media comments.
- Assist with the build and design of landing pages and funnels.
- Set up and schedule
- Co-ordinate and publish the weekly Podcast (include some light video editing).
- Acquire testimonials and feedback from clients and add to sales pages/web pages as needed.
- Provide additional support as required during launches and events.
- Research and reach out to Podcast hosts and schedule Aisha in for interviews
- Research, invite and communicate with guest speakers for interview series
- Support with interview series launch and delivery
Administration Support
- Support the CEO with inbox and calendar management.
- Booking appointments
- Manage the company inbox and ensure that
Maintain and keep our project management tool organised.
Follow and maintain the documentation of internal processes, procedures and templates, and proactively looking for and implementing process improvements.
Conduct a variety of research.
Assist with company billing including following up on late payments.
Log and file expense receipts.
Aid with client onboarding, offboarding and communication.
Basic bookkeeping (training will be provided)
Tech Support
Assist with setting up integrations and automations between and inside various software.
Support during Zoom webinars.
Build, maintain and drip content in our course platform, Simplero.
Edit YouTube videos and back up, upload, and download files.
Regularly review and update company website and landing pages to ensure accuracy and
functionality.
Video and reel editing for Podcast and Webinars
Support backend tech setup for interview series launch and delivery
Software skills

ClickUp (most ideal) or similar project management tool
Google Workspace business tools
Simplero (or similar
Zoom Webinars
Zapier
Social Media Platforms inc Instagram,
Canva
1Password or similar password security tool
Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (good to have but, not required)
Basic Video editing software

We want to hear from you if you have…
4-5 years experience working remotely as a tech-savvy digital marketing VA for US, Australian, or European clients.
Strong English and communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in content creation across multiple platforms and intermediate-level graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Podcast editing and management (editing training will be provided if necessary).
Direct experience handling multiple admin projects simultaneously.
Expertise in video editing.
Hands on experience documenting and maintaining systems, SOPs, checklists and step-by-step processes.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
Understanding of the online business world & summits.
