JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and managing our email communication. While we are open to hiring newbies, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily administrative tasks.
Process and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings.
Assist in documenting and following up on projects.
Support other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in administrative matters as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory; we welcome newbies looking to grow!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
