Hours & Salary:
a. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
b. Starting salary will be Php 30,000 (will increase to 40,000 php after 3 months probationary period)
c. Since we are based in the US we expect you to be online during our working hours (EST).
d. We offer 10 days of paid vacation per year including performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Strong knowledge and experience using excel, docs, and other Google spreadsheets
2. Proven experience in data management and administrative tasks
3. Track refunds and chargebacks with dollar values, as well as percentages
4. Track affiliate sales statistics
5. Managing our support
6. Organizing monthly stats for top affiliates (media buyers,
7. Assist with affiliate sales contests (Data management, daily stats for leaderboards, final sales reports)
8. Ensure all reports are updated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
9. Fill out KPI daily spreadsheet
10. Fill out the monthly KPI profitability spreadsheet
11. Fill out affiliate scorecards
12. Regularly monitor refunds and chargebacks. Make sure to let me know if there is a drastic change.
13. Monitor spammers on Clickbank
14. Building strategies and ensuring they are executed in a timely manner
15. Drafting instructions, processes, and SOPs (if applicable)
16. Regular communication with counterparts and the team
17. Troubleshooting any issues that arise
18. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Qualifications
1. Tech savvy, resourceful, organized, independent, and proactive
Be a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We do not micromanage and always work as a team with everyone responsible for their own role in the project.
2. Have the organization skills to balance multiple dynamic ongoing projects, large and small.
3. Be a confident problem solver who takes ownership of their work while willingly accepting team and client feedback.
4. Have a confident ability to keep a project on track, support business growth and hit deadlines.
5. Be in direct contact with vendors/affiliates – we need someone who loves interacting with people.
6. We will train the job - specific skills but you must have experience in project coordination/management – and a basic understanding of marketing.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to work under a tight deadline
9. Proficient PC/Mac user
10. Knowledge of CRM/Project Management tools is a plus
