Job Description:
We are seeking a General Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves generating engagement on our Facebook ads through multiple profiles, moderating comments, and handling email customer support across our stores. A strong understanding of Shopify backend is essential to assist clients effectively.
Responsibilities:
Utilize provided Facebook profiles (managed on Adspower) to engage with new ads by liking, commenting, and sharing.
Monitor and moderate comments on ads across our social media accounts.
Manage email customer support for different stores, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
Qualifications:
Ability to execute assigned tasks quickly and efficiently.
Experience with Adspower or similar tools for managing multiple Facebook profiles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
Ability to generate authentic and engaging comments from the different Facebook profiles for various ads.
Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and tools.
Knowledge of Shopify and the ability to assist customers with related inquiries.
