Pay:
Generous Outcome-Based Payment. Be your own recruitment agency! There is no limit on earnings. You can also get referrals from various sources including from colleagues at FFF working for the same client. More rewarding than pay per hour and you’re in control of your own earnings.

P500 to P1,000 for each interview you arrange.
P2,500 to P4,500 for each candidate hired (depending on role complexity)

What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate with company’s team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Write job descriptions and post them to relevant media platforms.
Source potential candidates on niche online platforms.
Craft and send personalized recruiting
Identify specialized skills and qualifications when screening resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (such as structured interviews, assessments, and behavioral questions).
Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process.
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Recruiting for professional roles.
Native / fluent writing and speaking in English language.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Good research skills.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Confidence with interviewing and influencing candidates.
