About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven General Recruiter to help grow our team and partner with hiring managers. This role will allow you to be a key player in expanding our team, driving both internal and external hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team leaders to forecast hiring needs
• Write job descriptions and post on job boards, social media, and other channels
• Source qualified candidates through various online platforms
• Send personalized recruitment messages to potential candidates
• Review resumes and assess skills based on job requirements
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews using structured interview techniques
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Enhance our reputation as a top employer
