JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:
In this position, you will be working closely with both the service team and the leadership team to ensure campaigns are implemented and delivered successfully - acting as the sounding board, quality control and point of contact for the campaign-running team.
This role will require the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously - delegating, planning, actioning and leading the service team to provide excellent services while reporting results (externally and internally) and spearheading efforts to further relationships with new and existing clients. We are looking for a passionate, driven teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to coordinate and manage service success, internal and external reporting, client relationships, business development and more.

Responsibilities of the Role:
-Oversee all active campaigns and ensure they are executed successfully and at a high level.
-Manage and optimize end-to-end client and service processes to assist CSMs in generating successful campaigns based on goals and KPIs identified internally and externally per campaign.
-Act as the head of campaign quality control, process enablement and reporting optimization.
-Manage and develop the campaign team for successful execution of campaigns and professional development.
-Serve as the lead client relationship developer: focusing on client retention, client growth, Customer Satisfaction, client communication and order processing.
-Oversee service processes to generate successful results relating to client network growth, account network growth, and client onboarding / service-providing processes.
-Lead client service strategies and foundational growth, including developing standard operating procedures, customer relationship management processes, and client prospecting.
-Serve as the lead campaign service(s) point of contact, reporting to the COO and CEO directly - overseeing, enabling, optimizing, hitting targets and reporting results for client growth, campaign success, service quality control and processes relating to service providing and sales/prospecting.
-Running and leading Daily Huddles with your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
-Conducting performance and pulse checks to ensure time and resources are being used effectively and efficiently during teaUpgrade to see actual infomber online hours.
-Aligning and collaborating with sales outreach and tracking efforts, including new revenue-generating activities, upsell opportunities and service/product research, growth and enablement.
-Routine submissions of proposals for jobs within scope on sites like Upwork.

Skills and Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience in campaign or service team management, ideally within a marketing or a business-to-business, service-based agency.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends, methods, systems and technologies.
-A go-getter who is able to identify business needs and take actionable steps to grow the business while inspiring fellow teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to do the same.
-Ability to identify client and team needs and take proactive action(s) to accommodate, implement, fix or improve.
-A decisive and creative individual who is able to listen, understand and make decisions based on data, experience, continued applied learning and intuition.
-A good listener and idea-generator that excels at leading calls and speaking with clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and MD leadership.
-Able to work full time on US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
-Someone with keen and consistent attention to detail.

-A Hip-Hop / R&B / Pop music and culture aficionado.
-Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel; comfortable utilizing formulas, navigating between multiple sheets and analyzing data trends.
