General Counsel - Business Attorney

Part-time position for general counsel to assist in contract writing, negotiations, collections, arbitration proceedings, and legal document writing. Must be familiar with US contracts, and general US business law, and collection action, and comfortable talking to authorities\DA office regularly to have criminal charges filed against our clients who are guilty of theft.
