JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join ProTouch Exteriors, an exterior painting company. Your role will be critical in scheduling estimates, managing leads, and screening potential sales reps.

If you have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience handling customer service or admin tasks, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:
-Scheduling Appointments & Managing Leads
-Call, text, and email leads to schedule painting estimates.
-Follow up with potential customers to confirm or reschedule appointments.
-Keep lead tracking organized in Google Sheets or CRM.
-Screening Sales Representative Candidates
-Conduct initial phone screenings for potential sales reps (SDRs).
-Use a pre-set script to ask questions and identify red flags.
-Provide feedback and recommendations on which candidates to move forward.
Administrative Support
-Maintain the company calendar for estimates and interviews.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
-Assist with preparing and sending digital proposals.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Strong verbal & written communication skills).
- Experience with scheduling & customer service (VA, Admin, or Call Center experience preferred).
- Comfortable making & receiving phone calls (This is NOT just a chat or data entry role).
- Highly organized & detail-oriented (Can manage leads & schedules efficiently).
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Fast learner & adaptable (Can follow scripts & processes).
- Reliable internet & good headset for calls.

-Compensation & Work Hours:
- Starting Pay: $[Insert Rate] per hour (based on experience).
-Work Schedule: 15-20 hours per week (Flexible but must align with US business hours).
-Growth Opportunity: Potential to transition to full-time as the company scales.
