Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled General Admin Virtual Assistant who has experience in business development and estimating, particularly in the signage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing customer service, and supporting business development activities. Strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor are essential as you will interact with clients and handle various inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering emails, handling tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Estimating: Utilize experience in signage estimation to create accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects.
Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Documentation: Ensure all project and client-related documentation is up-to-date, organized, and accessible.
Ticket Management: Respond to and manage customer support tickets efficiently.

Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Able to focus on the finer details of tasks to ensure accuracy.
Strong Math Skills: Must be proficient in math for estimation tasks.
Good English Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Client Interaction: Pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Customer Service Experience: Background in customer service, capable of resolving inquiries effectively.
Signage Estimation Experience: Prior experience in creating estimates for signage projects is essential.
