Main In America Cleaning Service, based in Clarksville, TN, is looking for a dedicated and reliable virtual administrative assistant to become the backbone of our company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our admin operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you'll handle essential administrative tasks such as managing client scheduling, processing payroll, and maintaining important trackers like customer feedback, retention, and complaints. While some tasks may seem routine, your attention to detail and efficiency will have a significant impact on our company's success and client satisfaction. We're looking for someone who is organized, quick to execute tasks, and eager to learn and grow with us.

In this role, you'll handle essential administrative tasks such as:

Close out completed jobs and manage service agreements
Track and input payroll hours, sales, and marketing metrics
Enter data for cost of services and price increase reports
Schedule new clients and order uniforms as needed
Maintain client retention, customer feedback, and complaint trackers
Write and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
