Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage schedules, organize documents, and handle general office duties.

Data and Contracts Management:
- Draft, proofread, and finalize contracts and other business documents.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.
CRM Administration (
- Data entry and maintenance of CRM systems, including Edge and
- Set up and manage automations to streamline workflows.
Reporting and Estimating Software:
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis.
- Use estimating software to support project planning and cost assessments.
Communication:
- Act as a point of contact via
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools like
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail in documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face video calls.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and tools as the role evolves.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement.
