We're looking for a superstar General Admin VA with Social Media experience to take their career to the next level. ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role like no other where:
70% of your time will be focused on general admin and 30% on social media management.
You'll work remotely from your home or favourite location, improving operational efficiency while engaging with clients and maintaining a strong social media presence for the business.

THE DETAILS

Job Location: Remote, work from home.
Company Location: Australia
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week.
Salary: 42,000 PHP / month + Paid Leave
Hours (in Philippine Time): 7:00 am - 3:30 pm PHT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL ADMIN
Improve Business Processes: Streamline and organise files and systems to keep the business running smoothly. Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operational efficiency.

Manage Projects: Handle project-related issues, deal with contractors, and take care of warranty claims (e.g., faulty products) to ensure everything is done on time and to a high standard.
Communicate with Clients: Be the main point of contact via email for clients and stakeholders. Handle inquiries, solve issues, and provide updates to clients on projects.


Email
& Workflow Management: Organise and prioritise emails, manage daily tasks, and make sure everything is followed up on time.

Document & Calendar Management: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and proposals. Manage schedules, appointments, and important calendar reminders.

SOCIAL MEDIA/DESIGN
Content Creation & Scheduling: Create and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using tools like Buffer or Later.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.

Repurposing Content: Adapt existing content for maximum visibility and engagement across social platforms and service brochures.

Graphic Design: Extensive experience with Canva to create, organise and systematise graphics, social media banners, ebooks, and brochures.

Website Updates: Manage website updates on WordPress.

SOFTWARE SKILLS
Proficient in ClickUp, GDrive, and Wordpress

We want to hear from you if you have…

3-4 years of experience as a General Admin & Social Media VA working with US, Australian, or European clients.
Can handle all of the main responsibilities of the role as highlighted above.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Experience working in the residential construction industry is desirable.
Proficiency with creating, organising, and managing social media posts and platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
