Join a company managing nursing homes, playing a key role in overseeing labor and payroll data management for nursing homes.
What You'll Do:
- Manage labor and payroll data for nursing homes.
- Track employee schedules and compare them with budgets and state regulations.
- Ensure the correct number of staff are working and manage variances.
- Collect and clean data from payroll reports and agency staff.
- Review daily payroll punches and compare them to budgets.
- Clean up discrepancies in payroll data.
- Collect data from multiple sources and compile it for analysis.
- Communicate with facility staff as needed to verify data and ensure compliance with protocols.
Who You'll Work With:
Be an integral part of a dynamic team in our newly established labor management department, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll and staffing operations.
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills for handling diverse tasks.
- Systematic: Ability to manage tasks methodically and efficiently.
- Capable of Leadership: Able to lead a team effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy, especially with payroll data.
- Communication Skills: Able to eventually supervise other employees and communicate effectively with administrators.
- Experience: A plus if candidates have a background in payroll, understanding concepts such as clock-ins, clock-outs, and overtime, but not necessary.
