Gaming product manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Gaming Product Manager with a strong background in Casino and Live Casino products management, working full-time in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the online casino industry and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves overseeing the operational, product, and commercial aspects of our online and live casino products, focusing on optimizing game offerings, performance, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of the casino and live casino product, ensuring continuous growth and competitiveness.
Manage P&L, ensuring commercial success and profitability of the vertical.
Drive game positioning strategies, optimizing the games lobby across web and app platforms for maximum player engagement.
Lead game selection and provider onboarding based on market trends, player preferences, and performance analytics.
Optimize game categorization, featured games, and promotions to enhance user experience and engagement.
Utilize analytics to monitor game performance, player behavior, and key metrics to inform product strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CRM, UX/UI design, and development teams to promote games.
Negotiate commercial terms and build strong relationships with existing and new game providers.
Provide detailed insights on game performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in the overall game portfolio.
Ensure compliance with regulations and promote responsible gaming.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Casino Product Manager
Excellent communication and language skills.
Deep understanding of the online gaming and gambling landscape, with a particular focus on Casino and Live Casino products.
Strong team player with the ability to lead and inspire.
Solid project management skills with a results-driven mindset
Deep understanding of best practices for data analysis and visualization platforms
