Your Role
You’ll handle critical behind-the-scenes tasks to keep our platform running smoothly. I’ll train you via video tutorials & meetings.



10-20 Hours Per Week

Pay & Perks
2.50–3.50 USD/hour (based on experience).

Who Am I
My name is Jordan! I am a solopreneur looking for assistance with tasks with my two businesses. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 2 years around the world!


Core Tasks:


Research & Outreach|

Cold call 30–50 Canadian businesses/week (script provided).

Companies & customers are provided, and you will have to find/ask for the right contact.

Send and respond to emails (templates provided).

Log calls in CRM

Book appointments in calendar


Data Management|

Update spreadsheets in Google Sheets.


Email blogs for backlink opportunities.


Email leads to customers


Content Support|

Proofread/edit blog articles for clarity and SEO.

Build pages on Shopify

Post on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram


Must-Have:

Fluent English (spoken/written).

Reliable internet (10+ Mbps speed – screenshot required).

Basic skills in Google Sheets/Docs.

Comfortable making cold calls (training provided).


Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Canadian business culture.

SEO knowledge
