Graphic Designer

--- OPTION 1: Must work 9 AM - 5 PM PST Time Zone, M - F (USA)
--- OPTION 2: Must work 12 NOON - 8 PM PST Time Zone, M - F (USA)
--- FT Position
--- $550 a month pay


Full-Time Graphic Designer Position. Fluent in English - Both Written and Verbal
40 Hours Per Week, FT - This means we are NOT looking for someone who is working for multiple companies or freelancing for multiple clients. This job is FULL TIME.

We are a busy advertising agency in Southern California, USA. We are in need of full-time graphic designers to work with us delivering superior design work to our clients. Our agency has been in business since 2006. You will be working full-time with us and you will be considered one of our regular team members.

• You must have reliable Internet access.
• You must have a reliable computer to work from.
• You must be familiar with and have access to common office software such as MS Word and Excel.
• You must be familiar with and have access to common design software.


Below are some of the responsibilities a graphic designer is expected to assume in their position:  

• Create and design various materials for digital and print
• Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project. 


Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications that are expected of a graphic designer:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop,  InDesign, and Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of two years experience in graphic design
• Attention to detail
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML and CSS preferred but not required
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media


COMPENSATION:
• $550 USD Per Month
• 14 Days – Paid Time Off Per Year
• Periodic Bonus Compensation Based on Performance, After 90 Days
• Financial Support of Supplies and MISC to perform virtually
