GRAPHIC ARTIST FULL TIME

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented, creative, and reliable Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience creating visually compelling and engaging posts for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Your work will directly impact our business's online presence, helping to communicate our message and brand with clarity and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging graphics for social media posts, promotional materials, digital ads, and other marketing content.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand identity and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and visual ideas for upcoming campaigns or projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Follow the provided schedule, working 5 hours per day, 4 days per week, and be available for all business-related graphic needs during the scheduled hours.
Adhere to deadlines and produce high-quality work within the required timeframes.
Participate in regular check-ins with the team to ensure design goals and business needs are being met.
Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create visually appealing and effective designs.
-Ability to replicate or create designs similar to the examples provided. Candidates must be able to show samples of work aligned with the aesthetic and style presented.
-Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other relevant design software.
-A keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and execute creative direction.

Must be available to work only during the scheduled hours and be present for all business-related design needs.
Reliable internet connection and a workstation equipped for design work.

Sample Requirement: Only applicants who provide a sample product of their work will be considered. The sample must reflect your ability to produce designs similar to the style and quality shown in the examples provided.
Screen Monitoring: For accountability and workflow purposes, your screens will be monitored during working hours.
Compensation: $500/month for 5 hours per day, 4 days per week.
