GHL & Website Manager

Business Overview
Our business generates leads for Tradespeople and Service Providers. In some cases, we sell these leads directly to Trades / Service companies. In other cases, we follow these leads through to quotation and sale on behalf of our Trades / Service customers.
Our system is simple but highly effective. Right now, we are looking to automate a number of the processes in lead generation, communication, quote follow-up and project coordination to be able to handle more volume.

Here’s how our system works right now.
We use an SEO strategy to rank locally focused websites to the top of Google
Leads come from those websites via Enquiry for submission and phone calls to a Twilio number with an auto attendant where the prospect leaves a voice message.
In some cases, these enquiries are passed directly to our Trades/Service customer
In other cases, we take care of the enquiry follow-up, quoting, quote follow-up and project management on behalf of our own Trades / Service customers.

The systems we use are as follows.
WordPress website built with DIVI and using DIVI Contact Form Helper plugin for advanced form construction
Cloud-hosted HTML documents for SEO backlinks to website
Google Stacks for SEO backlinks
Web 2.0 RSS syndication network for SEO backlinks
Twilio to gather voice messages from customers
Zapier to connect the email notifications from both DIVI form and Twilio voice message to a G-Sheet

These are the improvements we’d like to make.
Implement Go High Level automation for lead processing and follow through.
Build more lead generation websites in WordPress using my SEO system
Fortifying existing websites with more backlinks from Cloud hosted HTML docs

The work opportunity
Set up Go High Level from scratch to manage the enquiries (leads) and also manage customer projects once the sale is won
Build new websites in WordPress using content that we will supply. You will need to build using our SEO system
Regularly add location pages to each of these websites based on content and direction supplied by us
Connect enquiry notifications from web forms and Twilio messages to G-Sheets and GHL
Set up new Twilio Flows for new websites

The skills required for this job
Experience with GHL automation, including integration with Twilio and email. Automations for lead follow-up, quote follow up and project management
Experience with setting up Twilio Flows and integrating with Zapier
Some advanced Google Sheet programming would be an advantage (but not essential)
Experience with Zapier
Basic knowledge of HTML to edit a HTML template for creating a series of 1-page html documents for SEO backlinks
Knowledge of Schema markup
Basic knowledge of creating various Google documents/properties such as Docs, Slides, Sheets, My Maps, G-site, Blogger site
