Key Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform Management:
Manage and optimize GHL workflows to enhance business operations.
Build and maintain funnels and automations to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Support CRM maintenance and management to keep customer data organized.
Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture and retain clients.

Social Media Management:
Create and schedule content across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
Promote blog content and engage with followers to build a loyal community.

Graphic Design (Light):
Create eye-catching graphics using Canva based on provided templates and strategies.
Design visual content for social media and marketing materials to support brand initiatives.

Customer Communication:
Manage inboxes and ensure timely responses to inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer support issues and escalate them when necessary.

Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for qualified leads and clients.
Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth meeting logistics and follow-ups.

Project Coordination:
Oversee various tasks and projects to ensure smooth operation and timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
Proven social media management skills.
Excellent graphic design skills using Canva.
Familiarity with OpenAI (bonus points for Zapier integrations).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to learn additional software and platforms as needed.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
